Blade for electric hoof shears for sheep UKAL

The blade for the electric hoof shears is wide and curved to make trimming sheep hooves easier. The kit includes the shears, 2 batteries, 1 set of straight combs and 1 set of curved combs and is available under this reference: 106615100.

How to change the blade : 

1. Unscrew the screws (12) and remove the cover (11).
2. Unscrew the screw holding the blade in place.
3. Unscrew the blade nut.
4. Remove the blade shaft.
5. Remove the moving blade and the toothed sector.
6. Remove the fixed blade.
7. Replace the fixed blade and lubricate the cutting surface of the fixed blade with appropriate grease.
8. Insert the moving blade, the toothed sector and the blade shaft.
9. Tighten the blade nut to a minimum of 0.2 Nm.
10. Tighten the screw to between 10/12 Nm
11. Fit the cover and tighten the screws to no more than 1.5 Nm.
12. Lubricate the blade shaft.
