When temperatures drop, the hairs of cows thicken, to protect them from the rigors of winter. The cows then sweat more, and the excessive presence of hair on the udder and tail can also reduce the effectiveness of the robot. This is why cows' tails are usually shaved with the Tailwell2 mower. Regarding the hairs of the udder, we advise the thermal epilation (with cold flame).
