Dual energiser TURBOMAX AN800 HORIZONT

The TURBOMAX AN800 HORIZONT combi-station is very efficient.

Horizont has developed the patented Turbomax® energizers which increase the maximum performance. These new devices meet the highest regulatory requirements for the protection of humans and animals. Once the equipment is installed, it recognizes disturbances on the fence (vegetation or other energy losses) and delivers maximum power after about 55 s, for safety. Once the Turbomax® devices recognise a change in the fence load greater than 500 Ohm (e.g. animal contact), it will reduce the energy again to 5 J or less. If there is a sudden change in load, for example from 1000 Ohm to 40 Ohm or less, the alarm will sound. The alarm lasts a maximum of 10 minutes, optically and acoustically. During the alarm, the pulse frequency is reduced to 3 s. This means that Turbomax® devices operate safely and reliably even under extreme conditions.

Ideal for fences up to 45 km without vegetation and 14 km with heavy vegetation.
Suitable for robust animals such as sheep or wild boar.

Advantages of the combination unit :
