This zoomometric tape has a wide range of applications because it can be used to accurately measure different parts of the animal's body (waist, hips, thighs, etc.). Instructions for use : 

Make sure the animal is calm when measuring. For best results, take several measurements and average the results.

• Place the zoomometric tape around the circumference of the cattle, just behind the front legs of the animal and cover the withers.
• Pull the tape tight enough to reduce the flesh slightly
• Note where the tip of the tape meets the table of the fingers, and read off the weight
• When measuring, the animal should remain square with its head upright
